How does renting work?
Dress renting is a simple and affordable way to wear beautiful designer or occasion dresses without buying them outright. Customers browse available styles online, choose their preferred size and rental dates, and the dress is delivered ready to wear. After the event, the dress is returned using the provided return method or packaging. Our rental services include professional cleaning and care in the rental price (Unless the dress is damaged), making the process easy, convenient, and more sustainable than purchasing a dress for one-time use.
Do you offer postal try ons?
Not at the moment, this may change in the future though.
What happens if I damage the dress?
If you damage the dress, you will have to pay for the extra cleaning fee to repair the dress if it is not fixed by the initial dry clean. If the dress is damaged, (rips, tears etc) you may be asked to pay for a replacement.
Do I have to clean the dress after I rent it?
No! We dry clean the dresses ourselves, so please do not try to clean the dress you rent as this could create damage to the garment.
How do I get my rental?
You can choose between picking up your rental from our store location or getting in couriered to your house!
