How does renting work?
Dress renting is a simple and affordable way to wear beautiful designer or occasion dresses without buying them outright. Browse through our curated range of dresses available online, choose your preferred size. Then choose your event date. The dress is delivered by NZ Post overnight courier 1-2 days before your event or will be available for pick up in Dunedin, ready to wear. After the event, the dress is returned the next day using the provided pre-paid courier bag to be dropped at a NZ Post counter or dropped off if you picked up in Dunedin. Our rental services include professional cleaning and care in the rental price (Unless the dress is damaged), making the process easy, convenient, and more sustainable than purchasing a dress for one-time use.
Do you offer postal try ons?
Not at the moment, this may change in the future though.
What happens if I damage the dress?
If you damage the dress, you will have to pay for the extra cleaning fee to repair the dress if it is not fixed by the initial dry clean. If the dress is damaged, (rips, tears etc) you may be asked to pay for a replacement.
Do I have to clean the dress after I rent it?
No! We dry clean the dresses ourselves, so please do not try to clean the dress you rent as this could create damage to the garment.
How do I get my rental?
You can choose between picking up your rental from us in St Clair, Dunedin or getting in couriered by NZ Post to your house!
