At À La Mode Dress Rentals, we want you to enjoy your rental experience with complete peace of mind. That's why we offer an optional Damage Waiver for all rentals.
What Is the Damage Waiver?
The Damage Waiver is an optional add-on of $10.99 that covers accidental damage to your rental dress during your rental period. Rather than being liable for the full cost of repair or replacement, the Damage Waiver limits your financial exposure in the event of an accident.
What Does It Cover?
- Accidental stains or spills
- Minor tears or snags
- Other accidental damage that occurs during normal wear
What Is Not Covered?
- Loss or theft of the dress
- Intentional damage
- Damage caused by failure to follow care instructions
- Damage beyond reasonable repair
How Much Does It Cost?
The Damage Waiver is a small additional fee of $10.99 added at checkout. The fee will be displayed when you complete your booking.
Do I Have to Take It?
The Damage Waiver is optional. If you choose not to add it, you will be responsible for the full cost of any damage to the dress as outlined in our Rental Terms & Conditions.
